We are excited to announce that the event is happening in person and encourage residents attend! Our annual budget hearing is an opportunity for the public to speak directly to Supervisors about the County budget and tell us YOUR budget priorities. County Executive David Crowley introduced his 2023 budget proposal, known as the Recommended Budget. If you would like to attend the November 1 public hearing and speak to Supervisors, there are three options how to participate:
In person at the Marcus Performing Arts Center. Please note that there
will be free parking in the Marcus Center structure, including for persons with disabilities, one block north of the Marcus Center between E. State St. and E. Highland Ave. Upon arriving, please fill out a card indicating that you would like to speak. Public comments are limited to 2 minutes per person and are taken in the order in which they are received.
Join the meeting virtually using Microsoft Teams. You must register online in advance at Milwaukee.gov/CountyBoard.
