A moving meditation connecting breath with gentle poses, sun salutations, and seated stretches. This practice promotes stress relief, mobility, and heart-centered cardio.
*If the weather is inclement, the facilitator of Gentle Vinyasa Flow (Tuesdays, 6pm) will determine by 4pm whether the class will be held. If cancelled, SWIM will email cancellation updates to all pre-registered participants, and both organizations will post updates on social media.
