45-minute midday reset designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and recharge. Through gentle mindful movement, meditation, and nature immersion, you’ll be guided to step away from the stress of the workday, tune into the present moment, and connect with both yourself and others. This is
a fabulous way to take care of your mind and body, and we encourage you to bring a friend or coworker! Please bring your own yoga mat or towel as we will set up on the grass.
“*If the weather is inclement, the facilitator of Movement and
Meditation (Thursdays, 12pm) will determine by 10am whether the class
will be held. If cancelled, SWIM will email cancellation updates to all
pre-registered participants, and both organizations will post updates
on social media.
