The Hank Aaron State Trail 5K attracts more than 1,500 people of all abilities and ages, each year. Whether you are trying to personal record or want to get out for a lively community stroll, this is a family-friendly annual event with professional timing and a flat and fast course, in the heart of Milwaukee.

The 2023 Run/Walk takes you through beautiful Three Bridges Park crossing the Menomonee River, through restored prairie and provides a dramatic view of American Family Field in the home stretch. This route is steeped in history and located along Milwaukee’s former rail and industrial corridor. The transformation of this area over the past 20 years is worth visiting over and over again.
