In coalition with the Near West Side Partners, David J. Frank Landscape Contracting Inc. has offered its services to the city of Milwaukee with the goal of controlling reckless driving on the Near West Side. David J. Frank has provided the City of Milwaukee’s $90,000 Rapid Implementation Plan with large concrete planters that hope to reduce passing, slow turning speeds, and narrow lanes to calm traffic. The perks of these large planters provided by David J. Frank is that they contribute to area beautification, which has been correlated to an increase in community ties and a decrease in crime.
