DESCRIPTION:The Landlord Compact meetings are a tool for multi-unit property owners in the near west side of Milwaukee to learn and engage in best practices. Representatives from the Milwaukee Police Department\, Department of Neighborhood Services\, Safe and Sound\, Near West Side Safety Ambassadors\, the City Attorney and the District Attorney provide updates and resources for dealing with nuisance properties and challenging tenants. \nWe will offer a Zoom option for those who would like to join via video or phone. SUMMARY:Tripoli Shrine Feztival of Trees
DESCRIPTION:The FEZtival of Trees is an annual event the week of Thanksgiving to benefit the Tripoli Shriners of Milwaukee. 60 plus decorated trees\, many with gifts included\, are on display and are raffled off at the end of the event. There is also a $500 lottery ticket tree and gift card tree.  Mr. & Mrs. Claus will be present every day and visitors will be treated to a music light show every 30 minutes with all the tree lights part of the display! Food and beverages are also available for purchase at the event. \nAdmission is $5\, and children under 12 are free.
